I purchased a wooded lot on a hill. The contractor I initially hired to clear the property wasn't getting things done at the rate I needed to complete the lot to have my mobile home delivered. I hired JS Handyman to build a pole barn for me. He ended up building me a pole barn, garage, two decks, two pergolas, did all the finishing dirt work for my yard and removed several trees and stumps. I would strongly recommend him for any project anyone has.

Recently I required the help of a Handyman to do some work around my house. Specifically, I needed a portion of my house’s roof replaced and improvement to the drainage around the back of my house. I was fortunate to have John Sanford recommended to me. John and I discussed the scope of each project and he developed a quote for the work. John did an excellent job on both projects and respected my sensitivity to not damaging my lawn. He performed the work on time and within budget. He cleaned up the shingles that were taken off the roof very thoroughly and made sure all of the nails were picked up. The drainage work was performed with the same care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend John for any Handyman work and I will be using John again
